Article 1
1 The successful completion of the handover and takeover process of the e-CODEX system is declared.
2 eu-LISA shall take over responsibility for the e-CODEX system on 3 June 2024.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
