Article 1

1 A efectos del ejercicio de sus funciones, se concede a D.a Thérèse BLANCHET autorización para acceder a la información clasificada hasta el grado «TRÈS SECRET UE/EU TOP SECRET», inclusive, en posesión del Consejo y del Consejo Europeo.

2 La autorización a que se refiere el apartado 1 será válida mientras duren las funciones para las cuales se concede dicha autorización y llegará a su fin al término de dichas funciones.

Article 2

La presente Decisión surtirá efecto el día de su notificación.

Article 3

La destinataria de la presente Decisión es D.a Thérèse BLANCHET.
