Article 1

1 The following laboratory is designated as the European Union reference laboratory for food improvement agents (‘EURL FIA’): Sciensano, Rue Juliette Wytsmanstraat 14, 1050 Brussels, Belgium.

2 The designation referred to in paragraph 1 shall be reviewed regularly.

Article 2

This Decision shall apply from 1 August 2024.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
