‘4 Mazars S.A. and Deloitte & Associés S.A.S. are hereby approved as the external auditors of the Banque de France for the financial years 2024 to 2029.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.

This Decision is addressed to the European Central Bank.
