Article 1

Die von Polen angemeldete staatliche Beihilfe zugunsten von LG Energy Solution Wrocław sp. z o.o. in Höhe von maximal 362194962 PLN (zu Preisen von 2017) mit einer Beihilfehöchstintensität von 8,5 % (Bruttosubventionsäquivalent) ist im Sinne des Artikels 107 Absatz 3 Buchstabe a AEUV mit dem Binnenmarkt vereinbar.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an die Republik Polen gerichtet.
