Article 1

The State aid notified by Poland for LG Energy Solution Wrocław sp. z o.o., amounting to a maximum amount of PLN 362194962 (in prices of 2017) and corresponding to a maximum aid intensity of 8,5 % in gross grant equivalent, is compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3), point (a), of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Poland.
