Article 1

The amendment to the Protocol on the implementation of the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, adopted by the Joint Committee by way of Exchange of Letters on 6 September and 30 September 2024 respectively, is hereby approved on behalf of the Union. The amendment to the Protocol is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
