Article 1

Annexes I and II to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/323 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 13 February 2024.
