Article 1

In Article 28 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/996, the following subparagraph is added: ‘However, Article 11(1) of this Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2025.’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 30 December 2023.
