Article 1

Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 is amended as follows: (1) Articles 4 and 5 are deleted. (2) Annex II is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 20 March 2025.
