Article 8 Time limits for keeping records

Records and files referred to in Article 7(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2465 and Articles 5, 6 and 7 of this Regulation shall be kept for at least 12 months from the date of their creation.’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
