Article 1

Im Anhang der Verordnung (EU) 2023/1803 werden der International Accounting Standard 7 Kapitalflussrechnung und der International Financial Reporting Standard 7 Finanzinstrumente: Angaben gemäß dem Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung geändert.

Article 2

Die Unternehmen wenden die in Artikel 1 genannten Änderungen spätestens mit Beginn des ersten am oder nach dem 1. Januar 2024 beginnenden Geschäftsjahres an.

Article 3

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
