Article 1

The technical specifications of the key elements of risk management laid out in Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2020/741 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
