Article 1 Amendments to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/594

Annexes I and II to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/594 are replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2 Repeal of Implementing Decisions (EU) 2024/1695 and (EU) 2024/1790

Implementing Decisions (EU) 2024/1695 and (EU) 2024/1790 are repealed.

Article 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
