Article 1 Establishment of the eFTI common data set and of the eFTI data subsets

The eFTI common data set and the eFTI data subsets provided for under Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2 Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
