Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2733 of 24 October 2024 making imports of multilayered wood flooring originating in the People’s Republic of China subject to registration

1 The customs authorities are hereby directed, under Article 14(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036, to take the appropriate steps to register imports into the Union of assembled flooring panels, multilayer, of wood, currently classified under CN code 44187500, and originating in the People’s Republic of China.

2 Panels of bamboo or with at least the top layer (wear layer) of bamboo, and panels for mosaic floors are excluded from the product described in Article 1(1).

3 Registration shall expire nine months following the date of entry into force of this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
