Article 1

Regulation (EU) 2023/2053 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 15, paragraph 3 is deleted; (2) Annexes XII, XIII, XV and XVa are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
