Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/165 of 30 January 2025 on the harmonised standards for pressure equipment drafted in support of Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council

The references of harmonised standards for pressure equipment or assemblies drafted in support of Directive 2014/68/EU, listed in Annex I to this Decision, are hereby published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Communication 2017/C 389/01 is repealed. However, it shall continue to apply with respect to the references of the harmonised standards listed in Annex II to this Decision until the date of withdrawal of those references set out in that Annex.

Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1616 is repealed. However, it shall continue to apply with respect to the references of the harmonised standards listed in Annex III to this Decision until the date of withdrawal of those references set out in that Annex.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
