Article 1

The amount set out in the Annex and related to expenditure incurred by the United Kingdom’s accredited paying agencies, declared under the EAFRD and previously excluded from Union financing shall be reimbursed to the United Kingdom.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
