Article 1

1 The contribution from the Republic of Albania to the European Union maritime security operation to safeguard freedom of navigation in relation to the Red Sea crisis (EUNAVFOR ASPIDES) is accepted and considered to be significant.

2 The Republic of Albania is exempted from financial contributions to the budget of EUNAVFOR ASPIDES.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
