Council Decision of 14 July 2025 appointing the chairperson of a Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office

1 Ms Cinzia NEGRO is hereby appointed chairperson of a Board of Appeal of the EUIPO for a term of five years.

2 The date on which the five-year term referred to in paragraph 1 commences shall be set by the Management Board of the EUIPO.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
