Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/792 of 24 April 2025 on the publication of a list indicating certain CO2 emissions values per manufacturer as well as average specific CO2 emissions of all new heavy-duty vehicles registered in the Union pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/1242 of the European Parliament and of the Council for the reporting period of the year 2022 (notified under document C(2025) 2307)

The average specific CO2 emissions per manufacturer, as referred to in Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1242, in the reporting period of the year 2022, are indicated in the second column of the table of the Annex to this Decision.

The zero- and low-emission factor per manufacturer, as referred to in Article 5(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1242, in the reporting period of the year 2022, is indicated in the third column of the table of the Annex to this Decision.

The CO2 emissions reduction trajectory and the emission credits per manufacturer, as referred to in Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1242, in the reporting period of the year 2022, are indicated in the fourth and fifth columns, respectively, of the table of the Annex to this Decision.

The average specific CO2 emissions of all new heavy-duty vehicles registered in the Union in the reporting period of the year 2022, as calculated by applying the formula of Annex I, point 2.7, to Regulation (EU) 2019/1242 taking into account the new heavy-duty vehicles of all manufacturers, is 48,8 g/tkm.
