Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/1067 of 28 May 2025 terminating the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel originating in the People’s Republic of China

The anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel, including precision tubes, of circular cross-section, of an external diameter not exceeding 406,4 mm with a Carbon Equivalent Value (CEV) not exceeding 0,86 according to the International Institute of Welding (IIW) formula and chemical analysis, originating in the People’s Republic of China and currently classified under CN codes ex73041910, ex73041930, ex73042300, ex73042910, ex73042930, ex73043120, ex73043180, ex73043950, ex73043982, ex73043983, ex73045189, ex73045982 and ex73045983 (TARIC codes: 7304191020, 7304193020, 7304230020, 7304291020, 7304293020, 7304312030, 7304318030, 7304395030, 7304398230, 7304398320, 7304518930, 7304598230 and 7304598320), is hereby terminated.

Customs authorities are directed to cease the registration of imports established in accordance with Article 2(1) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2720 .

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
