Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/1077 of 2 June 2025 concerning the extension of the action taken by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic permitting the making available on the market and use of the biocidal product Tandem in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council (notified under document C(2025) 3307)

The Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic may extend until 2 October 2026 the action permitting the making available on the market and use of the biocidal product Tandem for the control of the bed bugs infestation in the dormitories of Service Facilities Administration CTU Strahov, provided that it ensures that the product is only used by the operator determined in the temporary permit, by trained professionals and within the determined premises.

This Decision is addressed to the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. It shall apply from 31 March 2025.
