Article 1

The guidelines for the implementation of certain selection criteria for net-zero strategic projects laid down in Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1735 are set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
