Council Decision (EU) 2025/2129 of 10 October 2025 on the conclusion of the Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other, on the European Satellite Navigation Programmes

The Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other, on the European Satellite Navigation Programmes (the ‘Agreement’) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union.

The position to be taken by the Union in the Joint Committee and the groups referred to in Article 20(4) of the Agreement shall be adopted by the Council, on a proposal from the Commission.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
