Council Decision (EU) 2025/2381 of 13 November 2025 authorising the opening of negotiations to amend the International Agreement on Olive Oil and Table Olives, 2015

1 The Commission is hereby authorised to take part in the negotiations to amend the Agreement on Olive Oil and Table Olives, 2015.

2 The negotiations shall be conducted on the basis of the negotiating directives of the Council set out in the addendum to this Decision.

The Commission is hereby nominated as the Union negotiator.

The negotiations shall be conducted in consultation with the Working Party on Commodities (PROBA).

This Decision is addressed to the Commission.
