Der streitige Steuervorbescheid des Großherzogtums Luxemburg vom 3. September 2012 zugunsten von FFT stellt keine staatliche Beihilfe im Sinne des Artikels 107 Absatz 1 des Vertrags über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union dar.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an das Großherzogtum Luxemburg gerichtet.
