Article 1

In Article 7(2) of Decision (CFSP) 2020/1639, point (a) is replaced by the following: ‘(a) entities may be involved in the implementation of PESCO projects after 31 December 2030 only on the basis of contracts concluded or procurement procedures launched by that date.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
