Article 1

In Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2189, the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation is added as the Annex.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 24 September 2024.
