Article 1

In Article 13, paragraph 2, of Regulation (EU) 2019/833, the following point (g) is added: ‘(g) for cod (COD) in Divisions 3L and 3M: 155 mm or 130 mm when using the sorting grid referred to in Article 14(3a).’.

Article 2

The Annex to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/124 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
