Article 1

Vorbehaltlich der im Anhang festgelegten Bedingungen wird 1,2-Benzisothiazol-3(2H)-on (BIT) als Wirkstoff zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten der Produktarten 6 und 13 genehmigt.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
