Article 1

Der Anhang der Verordnung (EU) 2023/1803 wird wie folgt geändert: 1. International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 9 Finanzinstrumente wird gemäß dem Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung geändert, 2. IFRS 7 Finanzinstrumente: Angaben wird gemäß dem Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung geändert.

Article 2

Die Unternehmen wenden die in Artikel 1 genannten Änderungen spätestens mit Beginn des ersten am oder nach dem 1. Januar 2026 beginnenden Geschäftsjahres an.

Article 3

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
