Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1166 of 13 June 2025 fixing the adjustment rate for direct payments pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of the calendar year 2025

For the purpose of fixing the adjustment rate in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116, the payments to be granted to farmers for interventions in the form of direct payments referred to in Article 5(2), point (c), of that Regulation and for the specific measures referred to in Article 5(2), point (e), of that Regulation exceeding EUR 2000 for an aid application submitted in respect of the calendar year 2025 shall be reduced by an adjustment rate of 0 %.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
