Article 1

The list of net-zero technology final products and their main specific components to assess the contribution to resilience is set out in the Annex.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 30 December 2025.
