Article 1

Article 8 of Directive 2009/81/EC is amended as follows: (1) in point (a), ‘EUR 443000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 432000’; (2) in point (b) ‘EUR 5538000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5404000’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2026.
