Whereas in recent years the expansion of intra-Community trade, industrial development in certain sectors, the increasing importance of problems connected with the environment and the protection of human health have revealed the existence of significant technical barriers in a certain number of sectors other than those indicated in the Resolution of 28 May 1969; Whereas the programme should be supplemented accordingly; Hereby adopts the following additions to the programme which was the subject of the said Resolution: FOURTH PHASE >PIC FILE= "T0012350"> (1)OJ No C 76, 17.6.1969, p. 1. >PIC FILE= "T0012351">
