Article 1

The percentage, by weight, of meat or meat offal, of any kind, including fats of any kind or origin, in prepared or preserved meat or meat offal falling within CN codes 16024911, 16024913, 16024915, 16024919, 16024930 and 16024950 shall be determined in accordance with the procedure described in the Annex.

Article 2

Regulation (EEC) No 3530/83 is hereby repealed.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 21st day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
