Article 1

The Agreement establishing the Common Fund for Commodities is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. The Community shall deposit the instrument of approval of the Agreement with the Secretary-General of the United Nations. The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorized to designate the person empowered to deposit the instrument of approval on behalf of the Community.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
