Council Decision of 18 January 1993 designating the representative organizations of producers and workers required to draw up lists of candidates for the representation of producers and workers on the Consultative Committee of the European Coal and Steel Community Official Journal C 030 , 03/02/1993 P. 0001 - 0002 COUNCIL DECISION of 18 January 1993 designating the representative organizations of producers and workers required to draw up lists of candidates for the representation of producers and workers on the Consultative Committee of the European Coal and Steel Community (93/C 30/01) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to Article 18 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, Whereas the Consultative Committee of the European Coal and Steel Community, whose term of office expires on 14 November 1992, should be renewed;
Whereas in the first place the representative organizations of producers and workers, which are required to draw up lists of twice as many candidates as there are seats allotted to them, should be designated; Whereas notifications have been sent by the Governments of the Member States, HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS: Article 1 The representative organizations of producers and workers listed in the table annexed to this Decision are hereby designated to draw up lists of candidates on the basis of which the members representing producers and workers on the Consultative Committee of the European Coal and Steel Community shall be appointed in numbers equal to those shown in the aforesaid table in respect of those same organizations.
