Die 1999 und 2000 gewährten Beihilfen in Form von Investitionen der Shetland Leasing and Property Ltd in das Unternehmen Shetland Seafish Ltd sind mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt nicht vereinbar.

Article 2

Die in Artikel 1 genannten Beihilfen werden nicht zurückgefordert.

Article 3

Diese Entscheidung ist an das Vereinigte Königreich Großbritannien und Nordirland gerichtet.
