La ayuda concedida en 1999 y 2000 a través de las inversiones realizadas por Shetland Leasing and Property Ltd en Shetland Seafish Ltd es incompatible con el mercado común.

Article 2

No será necesario recuperar la ayuda mencionada en el artículo 1.

Article 3

El destinatario de la presente Decisión es el Reino Unido de Gran Bretaña e Irlanda del Norte.
