Article 1

The State aid which Italy intends to implement for certain firms marketing beef and veal in the province of Brescia is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty. Implementation of this aid is therefore authorised.

Article 2

This decision is addressed to the Italian Republic.
