Article 1

The State aid which the United Kingdom is planning to implement is compatible with the common market pursuant to Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty. Implementation of the aid is accordingly authorised.

Article 2

The United Kingdom shall submit an annual report on the implementation of the aid.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the United Kingdom.
