Article 1

In derogation from Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003, the Swedish provisions which prohibit the placing on the Swedish market of fertilisers containing in excess of 100 grams of cadmium per tonne of phosphorous are approved. The derogation shall apply until harmonised measures on cadmium in fertilisers are applied at Community level.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of Sweden.
