Die von Deutschland geplante staatliche Beihilfe zugunsten der Rolandwerft in Höhe von 12 % von 13000000 EUR, d. h. 1560000 EUR, ist gemäß Artikel 87 Absatz 3 Buchstabe c EG-Vertrag mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt vereinbar.

Article 2

Diese Entscheidung ist an die Bundesrepublik Deutschland gerichtet.
