The state aid which Germany is planning to implement for Rolandwerft, amounting to 12 % of EUR 13000000, i.e. EUR 1560000, is compatible with the common market pursuant to Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty.

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
