2007/430/EC: Commission Decision of 19 June 2007 terminating the anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of synthetic staple fibres of polyesters (PSF) originating in Malaysia and Taiwan and releasing the amounts secured by way of the provisional duties imposed

The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of synthetic staple fibres of polyesters, not carded, not combed or otherwise processed for spinning, falling within CN code 55032000, originating in Malaysia and Taiwan is hereby terminated.

Regulation (EC) No 2005/2006 is hereby repealed.

The amounts secured by way of provisional anti-dumping duty imposed pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 2005/2006 shall be released.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
