Council Decision 2007/670/CFSP of 1 October 2007 concerning the conclusion of an Agreement between the European Union and New Zealand on the participation of New Zealand in the European Union Police Mission in Afghanistan (EUPOL AFGHANISTAN)

The Agreement between the European Union and New Zealand on the participation of New Zealand in the European Union Police Mission in Afghanistan (EUPOL AFGHANISTAN) is hereby approved on behalf of the European Union. The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.

The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to sign the Agreement in order to bind the European Union.

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its adoption.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
