Article 1

The anti-dumping duty on imports of urea, whether or not in aqueous solution, falling within CN codes 31021010 and 31021090 and originating in Belarus, Croatia, Libya and Ukraine is hereby repealed and the proceeding concerning these imports is terminated.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
